What data we collect and why

Only what you type into the check-up form: your name, your business name, your website address, an email or phone number and your message. We use it to prepare the check-up you ask for and to reply to you. We don’t use it for anything else and we never sell it.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it whenever you like.

How long we keep it

While we discuss your project. If we don’t end up working together, we delete it one year after our last contact. If we do work together, we keep it for as long as tax obligations require.

Who else can see it

The service that receives the form messages, Web3Forms, which acts as data processor. We don’t share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability by writing to dxnet.contact@gmail.com. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
